- Remove one (1) Banksia integrifolia (Coastal Banksia) from the backyard on the right hand side and replace with one (1) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This small, young, tree is in good health and condition however it is in a sustainable location - it is positioned against a failing boundary wall adjacent to the applicant's pool's northern side. The wall has been pushed out by approximately 20mm, if it is repaired it will likely require repairs in the future as the tree's trunk and root system expands, causing ongoing damage.
