- Remove one (1) Peppermint tree and one (1) unknown tree from the front garden near the footpath and replace with two (2) medium-sized local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, once the works have been completed. These trees present in fair health and poor structure - they are pushing up against a front retaining wall that is bowing out most likely from the trees' root systems. The wall is proposed for reconstruction, the works can only be conducted with the trees' removal.
