- Remove one (1) Ficus microcarpa var. 'Hillii' (Hills Weeping Fig) from the backyard, on the RHS, and replace with two (2) medium-sized local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection this medium-sized tree was in excellent health and growing with vigour. There were buttress and surface roots present throughout the yard. This tree is only small however it is already impacting surrounding infrastructure, including the plumbing in the neighbouring property. It is recommended that it be removed and replaced before it reaches larger proportions and causes further damage to structures.
