- Remove one (1) Banksia integrifolia (Coastal Banksia) and two (2) Archontophoenix cunninghamiana (Bangalow Palms) from the rear side boundary, adjacent to no. 34 Beach Road and replace with three (3) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. These trees are semi-mature specimens in good health and condition however they are atop a collapsing retaining wall which can only be repaired with their removal.
