This proposed 61 storey building is 4 times the height of the current 15-storey "external elevator" Panorama building!
This height is excessive. 61 storeys implies a building height well over 200 metres, or more than 300 metres above sea level.
When featuring this proposal in the recent newsletter of Chatswood West Ward Progress Association concern was expressed that as Willoughby Council generally quotes a height of 246.8 m above sea level it is not clear how a building height of 61 storeys could be compliant. Such Federal Government height limits exist relating to protecting flight paths for aircraft.

We agree with all points made in objection to this proposal.
It is too high.
