This has been raised with council as an error in the DA. Condition 4.1.2: “Tree 1 as identified in the Arboricultural Impact Assessment and Tree Management Plan, Reference Version 1, prepared by Horticultural Management Services must be retained as it is not located within the approved building footprint.”
