The second storey is too high. It will overshadow and loom over surrounding properties with not enough clearance/garden around it. It overlooks neighbours private spaces which is invasive. It is too large, bulky and detracts from the heritage Tresillian house which is important to me and so many other people.

I object to the proposed development. The development provides too much overshadowing and privacy issues for the houses to the south.
The development also 'overcrowds' the heritage building too much and will place an intrusion right outside its front door.
Kind Regards,
To Whom It May Concern,
I object to the proposed two-storey development.
The proposed dwelling will create significant overshadowing and privacy impacts for the properties located to the south. The increased height and scale of the development will adversely affect the amenity currently enjoyed by neighbouring residents.
In addition, the development appears to overcrowd the heritage building on the site, diminishing its character and setting. The placement of a substantial two-storey structure immediately adjacent to the heritage building will create a visual intrusion and detract from its historical significance.
For these reasons, I respectfully request that Council carefully consider the impacts of this proposal and refuse the application, or require substantial amendments to address these concerns.
I also object to this development. This site was originally the gardens and curtilage around the heritage listed Tresilian building, a significant piece of willoughby’s history, and what made the area significant was the heritage building and the gardens both part of the heritage listed site. The Tresilian house needs to remain the feature and be the dominant view from the street and not the proposed two storey house that takes up a significant area of the original garden and is set to dominate the heritage listed building. The proposal would significantly diminish the ability of the public to appreciate
Tresillian as the principal building on the site.
