we live at 81 winyard drive next door have not received any notification regarding this permit
we have been here for 36 years there are several units already in the street recently renvoted our house and put a pool in the backyard we object to having 12 units overlooking our property apart from looking over into our property it will also reduce natural lighting into our living rooms having 12 units next door will greatly reduce the value of our property also noise and the land size is not suitable for twelve units
