I write in response to a notification of the application for Planning Permit /2018/412/A that I received via Planning Alerts, and I wish to respond that, all the changes to the conditions, as mentioned in this application, (number of dogs, type of dogs, etc. etc.) was already raised, argued, determined and finalized during a six (6) months litigation from 15 January 2020 to the 29 June 2020 by VCAT.
On the basis that this application PLN/2018/412/A is Res Judica, I request you reject it without delay.
