I am totally against the development of this block, but thanks to Toowoomba Regional Council’s Planning Department they have allowed the property to be subdivided into a 305 and a 500 square metre lot, how ridiculous for this historic street.
Lot 37A (the land) already has an access, so I assume that the application is for the house.
No doubt the application will be approved, but my next concern is that the owner will want to build a carport or garage between the house and Godsall Street which would definitely not adhere to maintaining the Council’s strict streetscape requirements.
