I object to the proposed development of 7 Racewyn Close, reasons being as listed below.

1) Impact on existing residents and property values being reduced

2) Only one narrow road into the site via Tulloch Road. Racewyn is a dead-end road. Extra traffic to the
Sherwood Roundabout and Tulloch Road, which already has drainage issues in heavy rain

3) Area not suitable for young people, no footpaths, no playground and no shops

4) Our security is at risk

5)Aged care and retirement villages were built in this area because it is a safe housing area. Not suitable for what has been proposed.
