As a result of an application to council to determine if a planning permit was required for the proposed works, it was advised that an application was required. The application is to place a small A/C unit on the roof over the kitchen, a skylight and also to relocate the existing door from the kitchen to the location show on attached drawings to where a window is currently. Also, the balcony has been extended full width of the kitchen previous to our clients purchase of the apartment and as approved by sub division sign off from council in 2004. We would like this noted on the permit if approved
