Highly inappropriate in an industrial area. These facilities should be kept to rural areas. I obeject on the ground that the smell and the noise of the animals and the potential risk to patrons of nearby businesses would be unacceptable eg. physiotherapy patients to our tenants at 2/5 Hi Tech Place, Seaford
