- To remove the existing pergola beams over the existing back Deck and replace with a louvred roof. Construct a new roof over the existing bbq area on the existing back Deck between the proposed new louvre roof and the fence to Holtom Street West. To raise the existing 2m.high picket and paling fence to 2.5m.high to match the existing adjacent 2.5m. High fence to Holtom Street West. The Proposal aims to provide more privacy and shelter to the very limited existing Secluded Private Open Space (SPOS). A new proprietary Shed is also proposed to increase the storage capability of the site for such things as bicycles and sporting/outdoor leisure equipment. This storage Shed will be hidden from view behind the proposed height extension to the existing fence.
