As residents of the area, we strongly object to the development of 16 Lee Street, Kangaroo Flat. The development will have a detrimental impact on the area, particularly with regard to loss of natural bush and endangering wildlife. The increased traffic will create serious congestion, particularly at peak traffic times. The planning for high density housing will also have a negative impact on property values!
