Description

Traffic management measures will be implemented on 25/07/2026 to support the Jim Jefferies event at West HQ, which is scheduled to operate from 3:00 PM through to 3:00 AM. The proposed arrangements include the temporary occupation of Sherbrooke Road for event-related parking and traffic management purposes to accommodate increased patron numbers attending the event. In addition, traffic cones and associated signage will be installed along North Parade to temporarily remove the parking lane and provide additional traffic capacity. This measure is intended to improve traffic flow, reduce congestion, and assist with the safe ingress and egress of event patrons and vehicles before, during, and after the event. These traffic management controls will be implemented and maintained by accredited traffic control personnel in accordance with the approved Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS) and all relevant road authority requirements.
