This is NOT a house! This is rooming accommodation! This is like a student accommodation. It’s clearly not a family house, not even a guest bathroom, only private ensuites to each “room”. Have a look at the plans, they are called rooms, not even bedrooms! And these “rooms” all have sliding doors for individual access… where is the required outdoor private entertaining space? This space should be accessed directly from the living room. There are 5 “rooms” but only parking for 4 cars…? We already have major issues with not enough parking spaces provided on site which forces people to park illegally on footpaths and double parking. This is not what any reasonable person would expect in a residential family oriented area. Do not allow it to be built! It is not a house, or dwelling. It’s a totally different building classification!
