I live at 6 Dennis Street (Unit 2). My neighbour (lives in Unit 1) or myself have no issue with the decision to build 3 2 bedroom units on the site of No 4 Dennis. Our only concern will be the timber fencing that we share with No 4. It is a timber fence with lattice on top. The shrubbery from No 4 has come through the lattice and the fence itself. If the builder intends to replace it, we would like the height to be around the 1.8 meter height, no lattice. We would have no objection if the builder were to erect a colourbond fence, or a new timber fence minus the lattice. Irrespective of what is decided in respect of the fencing, we would like the shrubs that abut our fence from No 4 be removed. Hopefully when the time comes, the builders will discuss with the neighbours on either side of No 4 how they are planning to proceed as regards the fencing. I repeat we have no objection to the 3 2 bedroom units.
