1. The container needs to anchored with secured concrete engineered footings to make it secure for adverse weather conditions
2. It must be minimum 1.5 metres away from boundary fences.
3. It must be maintained to a good standard.
4. To ensure no vermin including snakes take up residence under the container.
5. Please explain why the container is required when they have a 200sq mtr shed which is for storage only.
