9-10 stories is out of keeping with Lindfield. Lindfield infrastructure, amenity & services can’t handle this size and bulk development. 470 car spaces seems very low for 399 units. There should be 1 per one bedroom and average of 2 for two & three bedroom units. If you say a one third, one third, one third breakup there should be minimum of 665 cars. The parking suggested means more street parking and congestion for Lindfield.

I agree with you John. Way too many apartments, not enough car spaces and Lindfield's infrastructure will not be able to handle this!
