The proposed works include: - Demolition of a room on the side of the house which is mentioned as non original in the heritage statement of significance. - Demolition of a brick chimney. - Building of a boundary fence between the 2 titles of 12 Raglan street. We are planning to further develop the corner title at 12 Raglan street with a planning permit to be submitted in the coming weeks. There is still a problem with the heritage overlays at 12 Raglan street. The corner block has the heritage overlay of the house block and the house block has the heritage overlay of 10 Raglan street. I would love it if this could be fixed ASAP? - Removal of 3 trees at 12 raglan street. I believe that canopy tree rules apply to these. - A number of changes to doors/windows - The installation of 2 skylights. (Not sure if I need a permit for this?) - The construction of a shed with some solar panels on the roof to the rear of the property.
