Description

As part of the Ticketing upgrade solution project, we're looking to trench along the station platform from a ticketing existing rack (positioned on the platform) to a new ticketing reader location (also to be positioned on the station platform). There will be no impact to the existing station building, only the platform surface. The length of the trenching is approx. 10 metres in total. This is required for the upgrade of myki ticketing services for the outer regional stations for VLine. The new reader will enable passengers to touch on/off at the station. Currently passengers can't touch on/off due to the lack of ticketing infrastructure at the station
