I am concerned that a number of mature trees are going to be removed for this development. In particular, tree 17 is a large, mature Monterey Pine that is in close proximity to Mullum Mullum Creek and has high retention value. These mature trees take decades to become established. They are an important part of the tree canopy supporting native fauna within the environment.
