I support this DA. This site currently has a single dwelling on a 682m² lot, turning that into four townhouses with on-site parking is a sensible uplift for a location this well-connected. It's a short walk to Marrickville station, shops and cafes along Illawarra Road, with good bus connections along Marrickville Road too. This is exactly the kind of medium-density infill the Inner West needs more of.
