Description

Remove one (1) Acmena smithii (Lilly Pilly) from the backyard, next to the boundary with no. 3 Onslow Place and replace with one (1) medium-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree was initially planted and maintained as a hedge however it has been allowed to grow into a mature tree that is growing into the building, it is unable to be pruned reform the hedge without removing half the vegetative material and compromising the tree's form.
