Stage 1- 27 residential lots (Lots 1-20 and 22-28) 1 residue lot (Lot 21). Stage 2-releases the restriction on Lot 21 once the temporary basin has been decommissioned. DA includes demolition, trees & vegetation removal, remediation, bulk earthworks and civil works including the construction of new roads and stormwater drainage. And also works on adjoining Lot 768 & 766.
