Margaret Street in Oak Park is already experiencing a complete deadlock of traffic on a regular basis due to an alarming number of units / subdivisions on the street. This is a common theme in the surrounding areas of Oak Park. There has to be a point at which subdivision is exhausted due to the congestion created by an unusually large amount of subdivision in such a small area. It is time that subdivisions are limited to a maximum of two units in order to protect the liveability of Margaret St and surrounding streets. Four units is too many in this highly congested street.
