I would like to object to the application for 3, 2-bedroom flats to be constructed at 27 Red Cedar Ridge, Kew.

Flats on this site or any of the undeveloped lots in this area would have a negative effect on house prices, not to mention the traffic etc.

Also, why did Council only contact a few of the residents and at such short notice? This type of construction will affect many of the homeowners in the area. I only heard about this development from one of the neighbors.

This sort of construction is not suitable in this area. Please consider carefully.
