The removal of canopy trees should be rejected unless the tree is deemed unsafe. The area is losing all of its canopy trees simply to allow very average new home design. Rather then work with the landscape and greenery - applications are simply to remove. The area has lost so much habitat and canopy trees - council please refrain from allowing this to continue. Good design can work around a boundary tree.
