Application seeks to demolish all existing structures on the land at 32 34 Kent Street Belmore to facilitate the construction of a four (4) storey Co-Living Housing development, containing 32 double private rooms over basement car parking for 7 cars, 8 bicycle and 3 motorcycle parking. PROPOSED MODIFICATION: Alterations and additions to the approved Co-Living Housing Development to construct 2 additional floors to achieve 6 storeys with 39 rooms. The 2 additional floor levels contain 8 additional rooms. Redesign of the ground floor to increase common open space and reduce the number of rooms from 4 to 3 rooms on ground floor.
