- The primary purpose of this Section 4.55(1A) application is to modify the Consent to supersede Stage 2 of the subdivision to be created under the Consent. By superseding Stage 2 of the subdivision, it is proposed to introduce a facilitating stage of subdivision (known as Stage 2a) to enable the future construction and dedication of public road (known as Stage 2b) to facilitate access to Stages 2 & 3, to be delivered under Notice of Determination of a State Significant Development No. SSD-73853210.
