Croydon Conservation Society would ask for the row of Mature trees along the rear boundary should remain as habitat. There is no issue with this area becoming a medical precinct but if we really want healthy people we need to provide greenery for well being, if the facility is built sympathetically visitors and staff should get a lovely view of the tree tops and wildlife.
It is difficult to put a price on amenity, but it is certainly something worth fighting for to also help prevent too much hardstanding and a subsequent heat sink.
