- Remove one (1) Gleditsia tricanthos (Gleditsia) from the front yard, next to the garage and replace with one (1) medium-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree is in an unsuitable and unsustainable location; in a small, raised garden bed with limited soil volume. Its root system is suspected to the be the cause of the cracks in the surrounding wall and garage, to conduct these repairs would require significant portions of the tree's structural roots to be cut, compromising its anchorage.
