This is a commercial plumbing application for a home based business? This ain’t right. This is not a “home based” business, this is a commercial business. Doesn’t matter if you near a commercial zone, this is a residential property. Home based is something small inside your house and I’ve someone drives past they won’t even know it is there. This commercial business is flaming obvious when you drive past! Draw line in the sand, it’s NOT a home based and it’s NOT something that a normal person would expect in a residential zone!
