Description

We wish to use the location to operate a Rural Retail store (as a second store to Everton Farm Supplies). It will store farm supplies including Stockfeed, Farm Chemicals, Irrigation and Fencing supplies. It may include a drive through the store if space permits. As there is no rural store in Beechworth, we see this as an opportunity to service the area of Beechworth, Stanley, Yackandandah and surrounding regions. Operating hours would be between 8am-6pm, 5 days a week with the option to open Saturday morning if required. As we are outgrowing our space at Everton and we have increasing client base in the Beechworth area, we were looking for a larger, second area to operate out of. Most items will be kept inside the building but if needed for bulky items such as fencing or troughs, they may be stored in the outdoor area at the back
