Remove one (1) Cupressus sempervirens (Cypress Pine) from the rear of the property and replace with two (2) medium-sized local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree is on a significant lean with extensive exposed sapwood and decay around the base of the tree. It has several large diameter dead branches and is toward the end of its Useful Life Expectancy. Please note, a comprehensive Arborist Report has been provided. Remove one (1) Terminalia sp (Terminalia) from the rear of the property. Additional Information required - Plumber's Report. Remove two (2) Archontophoenix alexandrae (Alexandra Palm) from the rear of the property. Removal refused. At the time of inspection these palms were in good health and condition, they are a sufficient distance away from structures. There is no arboricultural reason warranting their removal at this time.
