I do not consent to this development application.
It is a large development which will impact the immediate residential/rural area.
. More turn off/on traffic on a dangerous corner
. More activity (human and traffic) in a quiet rural/residential area
. Very concerned about what could be stored in these storage units in a bushfire prone area.
. Light industrial as opposed to rural/residential living - not the original rating
. Would affect the value of our properties adversely
. Destroying one of the best views of Gulaga and towards the Cobargo /Wandella valley
. Destroying a very scenic drive from Cobargo to Bermagui enjoyed by residents and tourists.
I would not object if it were a single shed or residence.
