- Amend the existing Planning Permit to allow the existing building at 15 Alfred Road, Werribee to be used for allied health and specialist consulting services associated with the existing medical centre on the adjoining property, which is under the same ownership. The amendment will facilitate the relocation of an existing allied health service from the adjoining medical centre to the subject premises, together with one specialist consulting room operating by appointment approximately three days per week between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Existing parking available on the subject site and parking associated with the adjoining medical centre will service the proposed use.
