- Proposed amendments to endorsed plans: to seek approval for a minor amendment to the lot boundaries between Unit 8 (our property) and the adjoining Common Property, as shown on the attached plans. The proposed amendment involves a transfer of land between Unit 8 and the Common Property, whereby Unit 8 will acquire approximately 9m² of land and relinquish approximately 10m² of land. The overall result is a reconfiguration of the boundary that facilitates an improved and more practical arrangement for vehicle access and title boundaries.
