- Modification:Lower level expanded to the full extent of the upper level. Preliminary investigations revealed that the whole of the proposed footprint of the building is on fill material. Structural engineer recommended excavating the whole footprint to basement floor level to simplify footing design and construction. Western verandah deleted. This area is also fill, making the construction of footings for the verandah difficult and expensive. Replaced with awnings over the windows and retained a porch over the door.
