- To amend the current planning permit restriction on the front fence details which requires (as per permit number 02/0157) the front fence should be setback 2.0 meters from the front boundary and be no higher than 1.5 meters above ground level and should provide for planting in front thereof. I am seeking this amendment to allow me to apply for a building permit to install a 2m high masonry block fence along the front and side boundary. See attached the proposed drawing and photos of the neighboring (108 Beach Road) property's front fence which i would like ours to match
