- Remove one (1) Eucalyptus pilularis (Blackbutt) in the front yard, adjacent to the side boundary and replace with three (3) medium-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree has succumbed to poor health, the cause unknown. It has no chance of recovery and there are no remedial measures that will restore it to health. Please note, a comprehensive Visual Tree Assessment was conducted from the subject and adjoining property at 6 Dickson Street, an arboricultural Health and Condition report was also provided.
