PLANNING ACT 2023 - PROPOSAL FOR SUBDIVISION DESIGN APPLICATION - Subdivision of Block 10 Section 3 (formerly known as Block 9 Section 3) Macnamara to deliver the first stage of Macnamara North, being the fourth neighborhood within the Ginninderry development in West Belconnen. The proposal includes subdivision works to create 185 single dwelling blocks and 32 multi unit blocks (for a maximum total of 214 dwellings), new roads including part of Pro Hart Avenue, local streets and laneways, open space areas, local parks, water sensitive urban design infrastructure, landscaping and associated utility and civil infrastructure. The application also incldes ongoing development provisions to be incorporated into the territory plan as part of a future minor amendment.
