It seems the subdivision is already underway, with regular heavy earthworks occurring on site, including on weekends. There also seems to be a junkyard business operating on weekends, using heavy machinery to compact junk. I wonder if there is any soil toxicity from these practices. It seems odd this is allowed in a residential area. The footpath area is now very unsafe to walk on due to these practices. There are already container ship sheds on site. The carport out the front also seems as big as the house, and given the application approvals needed, I wonder if this was done accordingly.
