Subdivision of the land into # lots and common property,The proposed development is for a 1 into 50 lot subdivision, that includes two park areas and a basin area. The proposed lots range in size to create variation within the subdivision, and range from 483m2 to 1100m2, with some diIerent shaped and sized lots being created. The proposed subdivision also includes an internal road that is 20m wide to allow for pathways and landscaping.
