Lot 1 require the common property to be extended to the street for their development and Lot 2 require this as well for proposed fire services. We will apply to subdivide in 3 steps, step 1 as follows: The Purpose of this plan is as follows: 1. To subdivide Lot 1 and CP 1 to create Lot 1A and CP 2 2. To create unlimited OC 2 3. To merge OC 1 (limited) into OC 2 (unlimited) 4. To remove the carriageway and gas supply easements labelled E-2 on PS 432494L. 5. To vary drainage easement labelled E-3 and E-5 and created on PS 432494L. Step 2 will further subdivide the new Lot 1A, creating OC 3 and CP 3 and creating lots for some of the proposed warehouses. Step 3 will extend OC 3 and CP 3 and create lots for the remaining warehouses. The Lot 1 and Lot 2 owners have been negotiating the layout of the subdivision and other matters relating to the development. There are a couple of minor matters yet to be resolved, so we do not have formal written from the lot 2 owners for this application yet. However we have fallen behind with the timing of this subdivision now and need to get it submitted and referred. We will provide the required written consents from Lots 1 and Lots 2 asap.
