Planning approval is sought for subdivision of the subject land into two (2) lots with the removal of restrictive covenant (2488073). The proposed layout facilitates the logical progression of infill development and associated infrastructure provision accessed via Cavanagh Street. The existing dwelling on proposed Lot 1 will be retained, the existing garden shed will be relocated, and the existing storage shed will be removed. Proposed Lot 2 will be clear of structures. It is planned that Lot 1 will be retained by the existing property owner and Lot 2 will be made available to the open land supply market with the potential for future owners to construct a dwelling. No vegetation on site is deemed to be affected by the proposal thus, there is no requirement for the removal of native vegetation
