Use of site for a garden center, cafe and cabins for bed and breakfast accommodation, the proposed garden center will sell a range of plants that will be grown in the greenhouse on the site. A small amount items including local aboriginal art and tourist souvenirs may be sold. The cafe will sell light meals, tea coffee, cake and drinks to persons staying in the cabins and to local residents and visitors.
