This tree has succumbed to poor health, the cause was unable to be determined at the time of the Visual Tree Assessment. The canopy had approximately 20% foliage with the rest of the canopy comprising of dead branches with delaminating bark. This tree has minimal chance of recovering health, to eliminate the increased risk of dead branches dropping its removal is recommended.
